Laxmi Organic Industries Limited. We are listed chemical manufacturing company looking candidates for Technical Associate - Manufacturing (Panel Operator) for Dahej. We are looking for candidates from Gujarat only. Designation: Technical Associate - Manufacturing (Panel Operator) Office Location: Dahej Position description: To ensure the smooth running of the production process Primary Responsibilities: Operational: Follow all the instructions as per the Standard operating procedure Ensuring that all the effluents are sent to ETP ( Effluent Treatment Plant) Monitoring and controlling all the process parameters safely Operate the DCS Ensure to follow safety norms to achieve zero accidents and zero breakdown To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions) To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives Report any near miss / incident or any non compliance Responsible to complete any other assignment give by the seniors People Related Maintaining the communication between the Field Officer and the Shift Incharge Conduct the safety talk for the Contract labours and the helpers Conducting and Attending all the safety meetings and training programs Educational qualifications preferred Bachelor of Engineering - BE, Bachelor of Technology Btech- Chemical Engineering Experience: 4 to 6 years Required Certification/s:5 Basic of DCS, QESH Required Competencies: Knowledge of Basic chemistry Safety awareness Communication Skills Team work Knowledge regarding the process Observation Problem solving ability If you are interested for this positions, kindly share your CV on below email id.
