Job Description

As a qualified candidate for the role, you should have an ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Your exposure and knowledge should include the operation of HVAC & Black Utility Equipments such as Chiller, Cooling Tower, and Hot water generation system. Additionally, you should be familiar with the types of Blowers, Chillers, Pumps, cooling towers, and their maintenance. Your technical skills should encompass understanding BMS & EMS systems" purpose and functionality, control philosophy of CHW & HW valves, clean room Pressure Balancing, HVAC & Clean room equipment Validation activities, as well as knowledge of GMP & GDP. In terms of behavioral skills, you are expected to demonstrate Safety Orientation, Quality Consciousness, Transparency, Achievement Orientation, Stakeholder Management, Analytical Thinking, Accountability & Ownership, Collaboration, and Service Orientation. Your main responsibilities will include: - Operating and Maintaining HVAC, BMS, EMS system, and Black Utility systems - Troubleshooting day-to-day issues in HVAC system in pharmaceutical clean room - Reporting incidents during breakdowns to the supervisor - Performing preventive maintenance of equipment within the due period - Maintaining different types of air conditioning systems - Issuing, controlling, and retrieving documents related to the Engineering Department - Managing Spares, Inventory, and Dosing Chemicals as per the requirement Desirable criteria for this role may include experience in the Operation & Maintenance of Water System, ETP & STP, as well as HVAC qualification and Water system qualification (e.g., DQ, IQ, and OQ).
