Job Description

Operate granulation equipment such as RMG, fluid bed processors, multi-mills, and blenders etc.
Set up, clean, and maintain granulation equipment in accordance with SOPs.
Ensure proper documentation of e-BMR, e-logbooks, and cleaning records.
Weigh and dispense raw materials as per batch production records.
Monitor process parameters (temperature, RPM, time, etc.) and make adjustments as needed in line with BMR
Perform in-process checks to ensure granule quality (moisture content, particle size, etc.).
Coordinate with QA/QC for line clearance, sampling, and in-process testing.
Adhere to safety guidelines and report any deviations or malfunctions immediately.
Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the granulation area as per GMP standards.
