Technical Associate

We are looking for a Technical Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Python, Linux, IoT, and AI. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team. The candidate should be able to learn new technologies quickly and be able to apply them to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

2. Basic Shell scripting and Python knowledge.

3. Participating in team meetings and providing input on technical matters across departments.

4. Documenting technical procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting steps.

7. Travel to the client site and support in technical debugging.

8. Person must work on a rotational shift.

9. Monitoring and maintaining devices uptime.

10.Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.

11. Assisting with technical tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.
12. Have experience in debugging camera related issues.

Acceptance Criteria

• Linux knowledge for executing commands and scripts
  Basic Shell scripting and Python knowledge.
• Good Networking knowledge
• Comfortable in traveling to client locations for long durations.
• Comfortable with rotational shift
• Monitor logs and report errors
• Report generation and documentation
• Basic understanding of IoT-Device and architecture
• Reports at Chennai HQ on daily basis.
