Technical Associate

As a Technical Associate at Chaukor Studio, a renowned Architectural and Interior Design firm based in Noida, specializing in premium residential projects, you will be responsible for preparing detailed working drawings including civil technical drawing, MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and construction drawings for columns and beam structures. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy of the drawings and their compliance with design specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Create accurate and detailed structural drawings for beam framings and column layouts to facilitate coordination with consultants. - Develop precise technical drawings for various civil structures, such as MEP drawings, ensuring seamless integration with civil and structural drawings. - Address technical challenges with innovative solutions while upholding the project vision. - Manage drawing updates effectively based on project changes. Qualifications: - Education: B.Arch./Diploma in Architecture. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical drawings, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in architectural technical drawings. - Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD.
