Job Description

NICMAR - must to Have

Role - Technical Assistant to Vice President.

Location: Lucknow (Ekana Stadium)
Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Working days in a week Monday to Saturday

Office timing – 10-7 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical and administrative support to the Vice President in daily operations, project coordination, and reporting.
Prepare presentations, MIS reports, and project briefs for management reviews.
Coordinate with multiple departments for data collection, documentation, and follow-ups.
Handle communication, scheduling, and meeting documentation for the VP’s office.
Support the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
Assist in reviewing project progress, contracts, and technical documents as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

NICMAR qualification.
6 Months to 3 years of experience in a technical, coordination, or executive support role (preferably in real estate or infrastructure).
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and report preparation.
