Technical Assistant

Role & responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

2. Manage and update website content, video editing, landing pages, blogs, and digital creatives for online programs.

3. Set up and maintain tracking codes, tags, and analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).

4. Monitor and analyze campaign data; prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

5. Support SEO and SEM activities keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink tracking, etc.

6. Manage email marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead management dashboards.

7. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to digital platforms, web pages, and integrations.

8. Coordinate with content, creative, and admission teams to ensure campaign alignment.

9. Research new digital tools, automation options, and trends in online education marketing.

10. Ensure adherence to brand and university communication guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.

• Experience in the education / ed-tech / online learning industry.

• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
