The Technical Assistant will provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assist in troubleshooting equipment or technical systems, and ensure the smooth functioning of daily technical operations. The role also involves supporting the team with analytical tasks and collaborating effectively to enhance processes and systems. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Assistance and Technical Support Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Basic understanding of technical systems and tools; additional certifications in IT or technical fields are advantageous Relevant educational background or experience in a technical role
