What You’ll Do: Lead & Qualify: Actively engage inbound and outbound leads, assess their academic and career needs, and align them with DPU-COL’s online programs. Advise with Impact: Present program details (e.g. specialisations, accreditation, flexible delivery), walk them through admission eligibility, process, and document requirements. Close with Care: Support applicants through enrolment, follow up with timely reminders, and bring a consultative, empathetic approach to assist decision-making. Deliver Excellence: Use our LMS to offer tailored value—showcase our digital library, 24/7 support, global faculty, and industry-embedded curriculum. Collaborate Smartly: Work closely with Admissions, Marketing, and Program teams to optimise inquiry handling and conversion workflows. Ideal Candidate: Prior experience in Education counselling , preferably within online or distance learning. Strong communicator adept at building relationships via phone, video, and chat. Familiarity with the Indian education landscape, accreditation norms (UGC, AICTE, NAAC). Tech-savvy, CRM-competent, and comfortable navigating LMS platforms.
