Job Title: Technical Architect Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days Working) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a Technical Architect to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the architecture of enterprise-grade applications, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning IT strategy with business goals. This is a hands-on role that requires leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to guide development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and implement high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD) for scalable and secure a Lead architectural reviews and technology evaluations for new initiatives and existing solutions. Ensure software quality through hands-on development and code reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business strategy. Drive technical solutions and mentor development teams across full-stack technologies. Optimize IT infrastructure and application performance while reducing costs. Evaluate business processes and propose architectural enhancements. Provide technical leadership in DevOps, cloud implementation, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure compliance with data management and security best practices. Actively contribute to project delivery as a billable resource. Requirements Experience Total experience: 10+ years 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices 5+ years of experience in Angular (version 5 and above) 5+ years of experience in leading teams and delivering enterprise applications Hands-on experience in cloud and DevOps environments Technical Skills: Strong expertise in backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot) Frontend development using Angular DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms) Database management and performance optimization Design Skills: Proficient in creating HLD and LLD documentation Strong understanding of architectural design patterns Soft Skills: Excellent communication and client-handling skills Proven leadership capabilities with a team-oriented mindset. Ability to train and mentor team members.
