Job Title: Fullstack Architect Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 12+ Years Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Architect who has a strong understanding of front-end, back-end, and infrastructure technologies . The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and oversee scalable, high-performance applications , ensuring seamless integration across all layers of software architecture. This role requires a strong foundation in JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Docker, and database management , along with experience in architectural best practices, CI/CD, and distributed systems . Key Responsibilities: End-to-End System Architecture: Design and implement scalable and secure full-stack architectures . Ensure seamless integration between front-end, back-end, databases, and infrastructure . Provide expertise on hosting, storage, networking, middleware, and database solutions . Technical Leadership Innovation: Identify gaps where standard solutions are not effective and propose new architectural studies . Lead decision-making processes for products, from identification to resolution and implementation . Define and document the technical architecture of products to facilitate clear communication among teams. Advocate for best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and distributed systems . Development Technology Stack: Front-end Technologies: JavaScript, ReactJS Server-side Development: NodeJS Back-end Technologies: MongoDB, MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres Architecture API: RESTful Services Containerization Deployment: Docker Version Control CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes (preferred) Collaboration Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps teams , to ensure architectural consistency. Communicate technical decisions and strategies effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders . Mentor and support engineering teams in adopting best architectural practices . Required Qualifications Skills: 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 + years in an architectural role . Strong expertise in JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Docker . Experience in designing scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems . Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres). Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their architecture. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and microservices architecture . Excellent communication skills with the ability to document, explain, and advocate architectural decisions
