Technical Architect

Role Overview: As the Head of Technology, you will drive the technical vision, establish scalable infrastructure, and lead engineering efforts to enable next-gen AI-driven learning experiences. You will be responsible for creating technology standards and practices, strategizing the use of technology, and ensuring their implementation across the organization. Your role will involve evaluating and implementing solutions to meet present and future requirements, reviewing code standards, monitoring technology performance metrics, and overseeing system design and architectural changes. Staying updated with emerging trends and best practices in technology will be crucial. You will work closely with cross-functional teams for project deliverables and enhancements, demonstrating thought leadership, innovation, and creativity while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the technical vision and establish scalable infrastructure - Lead engineering efforts to enable next-gen AI-driven learning experiences - Create and implement technology standards and practices across the organization - Strategize the use of technology and evaluate/implement solutions for present and future requirements - Review code standards, monitor technology performance metrics, and oversee system design and architectural changes - Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in technology - Work closely with cross-functional teams for project deliverables and enhancements - Demonstrate thought leadership, innovation, and creativity - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications Required: - Prior experience as a Head of Technology - Strong understanding of web and mobile architecture, scalable systems, and cloud-native solutions - Proficiency in technologies like Flutter, React JS, Node JS, Angular JS, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, and Azure - Experience in live video streaming, AI-based systems, and SaaS platforms (added advantage) - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes - Hands-on experience in complex project management and advanced technological skills - Proven track record in technology - Strong team management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills,
