Technical Architect

• 12+ years of experience in IT in telecom across different SDLC phases like design and development
• 3+ years of experience in developing software using Zinier or equivalent FSM product • 3+ years of prior experience as Zinier Tech Lead/Technical architect or FSM Technical architect for a Tier1 telco CSP • Lead solution design/technical design leveraging the Zinier platform for large-scale FSM implementations. • Collaborate with BA, SA and field operation team to ensure that the technical solution delivered aligns with the e2e solution and addresses the business requirements • Guide development teams on best practices in Zinier configuration, custom development, and integration with enterprise systems • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Zinier FSM platform, including Workflow Orchestration, AI/ML capabilities, and Mobile App customization. • Hands-on experience with low-code platform ( either Studio Z or equivalent) for developing workflows and UI • Hands-on experience in java technologies to deliver customization specific to project requirements • Ensure solution performance, scalability, and security best practices are embedded in the architecture. • Ensure that all the new business requirements are delivered by maximizing OOTB configurations and customization only when necessary • Maintain architecture standards, documentation, and participate in design reviews, defect triage and product demo. • Define technical standards for the project delivery and ensure that the entire development team adheres to those standards • Be responsible for the software delivered by the development team in terms of quality and timeline commitment and performance & scalability of the software delivered • Problem solving mindset -ability to debug issues quickly in SIT/E2E Test/Production environment by corelating logs, xmls and the transaction data • Develop automation, tools and utilities enabling productivity improvements for the team • Engage with customer technology & architecture teams in governance forums to ensure that we align as per the technology strategy • Good communication skills
