Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsible for creating the technical vision and architectural blueprint for USS applications during the discovery phase, with a focus on consolidating environments and optimizing resources for a unified team structure

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical workshops to understand current systems and integration needs.
Develop high-level architecture of existing system and document the integration strategies.
Assess existing infrastructure and recommend optimizations strategies.
Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to detail out the current application components and integration.

Skills & Experience:

8+ years as an architect with hands-on development experience.
Good to have -understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Experience with APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Mandatory Competencies

Middleware - Integration Middleware - Informatica

Middleware - API Middleware - API (SOAP, REST)

Programming Language - Salesforce - SAAS CRM
