Technical Architect - Java

As a Full-Time Individual Contributor (IC) at CLOUDSUFI in Noida, Delhi NCR, your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for writing design specifications and user stories, developing assigned components, and assisting the QA team. Additionally, you will create and maintain coding best practices, participate in Scrum meetings, identify technical challenges and risks, and comply with development processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write design specifications and user stories for assigned functionalities - Develop assigned components/classes and assist QA team with test cases - Create and maintain coding best practices and conduct peer code/solution reviews - Participate in Daily Scrum calls, Scrum Planning, Retro and Demos meetings - Identify technical/design/architectural challenges and develop mitigation plans - Comply with development processes and documentation templates - Work with other teams and Architects to resolve technical issues and assist in proposal writing - Contribute to knowledge repository, reusable assets, and IPs - Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring to junior developers - Conduct training sessions on latest technologies for employees - Participate in organization development activities **Qualifications Required:** - 10-12 years of experience in Product Engineering Services or Enterprise Software Companies - Education: BTech / BE / MCA / MSc Computer Science - Primary Skills: Java 8-17+, Core Java, Design patterns, Multi-tenant SaaS platforms, Event-driven systems, Cloud-native architecture, Webservices development, OAuth 2.0, CI/CD, SQL/NoSQL - Secondary Skills: Kafka, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GCP, SAP JCo library, Terraform - Optional Certifications: OCPJP / Google Professional Cloud Developer - Experience with integration component development using Java 8/9 and SOA - Knowledge of design patterns, Cloud-native solutions, and application architecture - Hands-on experience with Eclipse, NetBeans, JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, SVN - Familiarity with current technology trends in IT solutions This role at CLOUDSUFI offers competitive salary and benefits, and requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
