As a Technical Architect at TivonaGlobal Technologies, a Google Cloud Partner based in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in providing technical solutions for complex business problems within a SaaS-based CRM Platform. Your responsibilities will include working closely with clients and development teams to implement solutions, developing high-level architectures and design documentation, and identifying and addressing technical risks and issues. Additionally, you will manage the implementation of technical solutions, provide project management, technical leadership, and guidance to internal teams and clients. Data mapping and integration between diverse systems will also be a key aspect of your role, as part of a 24 X 7 team that may require working in shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical solutions to complex business problems for a SaaS-based CRM Platform - Work closely with clients and development teams to implement solutions - Develop high-level architectures and design documentation - Identify and address technical risks and issues - Manage the implementation of technical solutions - Provide project management, technical leadership, and guidance to internal teams and clients - Perform data mapping and data integration between diverse systems - Work as part of a 24 X 7 team that may require individuals to work in shifts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - At least 7 years of experience in solutions architecture, software development, or related field In addition to the above, you are expected to have: - Extensive knowledge of Solution Architecture and Consulting skills - Experience in Software Development and Integration - Knowledge of CRM Systems - Strong understanding of Business Processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Experience in Python, Micro Services, JSON, Rest API Design, etc. - Experience in PostGreSQL - Experience with Linux, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Application Modernization - Experience with Google Cloud Platform - Experience in Project Management and knowledge of Customer Support Processes and systems - Experience working with enterprise customers and complex technical environments Join TivonaGlobal Technologies in Chennai and be a part of a team that specializes in the automated deployment and management of application workloads for greater efficiency and cost savings in the Cloud Computing and Modernization space.
