About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions for BMP platforms. You will collaborate with Agile teams and guide technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural and technical consultancy for BMP asset development and rollout.
• Design and implement solutions using Java Microservices, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka, and related technologies.
• Lead Agile teams technically, define IT standards, and ensure component integrity.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables through reviews, audits, and best practices.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and developers for successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process and architecture improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10–15 years in software development; minimum 3 years as Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, including security, scalability, performance, and availability.
• Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/Azure), containerization, and microservices.
• Proficient in Java Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB, Kafka, Open API, Async API.
• Experience with DevOps tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jira, Sonar, JUnit.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
