Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven search architectures using
Node.js
and cloud-native technologies.
Lead the
integration and fine-tuning of LLMs
for domain-specific search and knowledge retrieval.
Architect scalable pipelines for
ingesting, indexing, and querying large datasets
efficiently.
Collaborate with data scientists to design
custom Generative AI solutions
tailored to business needs.
Ensure the AI search platform meets
high standards of performance, security, and scalability
.
Evaluate, recommend, and integrate
open-source and commercial AI/ML frameworks
for search and NLP solutions.
Mentor engineering teams on best practices in
AI model deployment, Node.js architecture, and cloud services
.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in
Generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, and search technologies
.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
10+ years of experience
in software development, with strong expertise in
Node.js
.
Proven experience with
Generative AI frameworks
(OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) and
LLM fine-tuning
.
Deep understanding of
search architectures
, including vector search, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI solutions at scale.
Strong knowledge of
databases
, including
NoSQL, SQL, and vector databases
.
Familiarity with
MLOps and model deployment best practices
.
Excellent
problem-solving, architectural design, and communication skills
