Technical Applications Engineer

Role Overview: Innovative Engineering Products Pvt. Ltd. (IEPPL) is seeking a Technical Applications Engineer for their Productivity Division in Rajkot. As the Technical Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for sales of products within a designated market. Your primary duties will include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and resolving customer issues related to SANDVIK and MASTERCAM products in the Metal Cutting Industry. Key Responsibilities: - Possess working knowledge of customer products and processes to enhance their application of SANDVIK and MASTERCAM products. Interact with customers" technical personnel and suppliers. - Demonstrate fundamental knowledge in CNC Machines, VMC Machines, Metal Cutting Tools, and Processes. Engage in design, calculation, and detailed engineering for large diameter storage tanks. - Supervise machine trials and product presentations, lead meetings, and anticipate customer needs. Implement safety protocols and inspections. - Collect, analyze, and interpret data, recommend corrective actions, and report project information or improvements. - Work in both office and manufacturing environments, follow safety protocols, and maintain high EHS standards at customer sites. Qualifications Required: - Preferred experience of 1-3 years in the Metal Cutting Industry. - Educational background in Diploma or Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical or Production. - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Excel, strong project management skills, and knowledge of B2B marketing strategies. - Ability to learn quickly, execute accurately, and provide outstanding client service. - Detail-oriented with organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
