Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tech and Operations Trainee to support our marketing and project delivery processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical exposure to IT operations, client coordination, and technology workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations and coordination tasks
• Manage and update project trackers and documentation
• Work closely with tech teams to ensure timely task delivery
• Assist in client communication and status reporting
• Help in leads generation and conversions
• Learn and use AI tools and project management software

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT services and tech project lifecycle
• Good communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace
• Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: Previous Internship Experience

Eligibility:

• Freshers / Under-Graduates from any stream
• Tech/Management background preferred but not mandatory
