Technical Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our journey of building great products by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementations. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of product development. Your responsibilities will include participating in requirements analysis, collaborating with the development team on system architecture and data modeling, engaging in sprint planning and testing activities, and working closely with stakeholders from different functional areas to define product specifications. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and customer feedback to make informed decisions, recommend process improvements, assist in product roadmap planning, and support the go-to-market strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate with QA to define test cases, ensure product quality, establish metrics, track success metrics, set up KPIs and OKRs, and implement new features to address critical customer challenges. To excel in this role, you should have the ability to assess data, trends, and processes to derive actionable insights, identify root causes, and offer feasible solutions. You must be adept at working cross-functionally with various teams, driving both product and process improvements, and maintaining a long-term, user-focused approach to building product roadmaps. In terms of skills, you should have a working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma (for wireframes), and Excel. Familiarity with database concepts (SQL), APIs, JSON, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is essential. You should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of successful collaboration across different functions. The ideal candidate for this position will have 2-4 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or related role in the technology domain. A qualification of BSc/BCA/MCA/B.Tech and MBA/PGDM would be preferred. Prior experience or background in healthcare and diagnostics startups is considered a plus.
