Technical Analyst 1-Support

As a Technical Solution Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to conduct investigations on front-end applications. This will involve tasks such as capturing information, utilizing fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally. You will also employ backend techniques such as gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers. Effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal collaborators will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle. Prioritizing work based on severity will be key, as you strike a balance between client and business needs. Collaboration among and across teams is essential to ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
