About Us : We are an Ed-Tech platform empowering working professionals in the IT industry to upskill in areas like Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Programming through our structured courses and mentorship. Role Overview: As a Technical Advisor , your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from IT professionals who are exploring career advancement in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and DSA . You will provide technical guidance , resolve their doubts, and help them make informed decisions about upskilling. Key Responsibility : Speak to working professionals (software engineers, data analysts, etc.) who have shown interest in our programs. Address their technical questions related to: Data Science Machine Learning & AI Python, SQL, DSA, and related tools/frameworks Understand their current role and suggest the best upskilling path based on their career goals. Act as a technical consultant , not a salesperson , focus is on honest, value-driven conversations . Maintain call quality and ensure candidates leave the conversation more informed. Required Skills: Solid understanding of core concepts in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Programming (Python, SQL, DSA) . Excellent verbal communication in English. Prior experience in tech mentoring, teaching, or consulting is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
