Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Accounting Professional with 3-7 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and a passion for technical accounting research and compliance.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex accounting issues.
Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and policies.
Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
Provide training and support to junior accounting staff on technical accounting matters.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
