Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide accounting guidance and support on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, divestitures, and other complex transactions.
Research, interpret, and advise clients on accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS) and assist in implementing new requirements.
Prepare clear and well-structured technical accounting memos and reports.
Draft and update accounting policies and procedures for clients.
Support financial reporting, consolidation, and financial close activities.
Benchmark client data and processes against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while managing client expectations.
Collaborate closely with Managers and Senior Managers, providing regular updates on project progress.
