Tech Transfer lead

As a Technology Transfer Lead for Ankleshwar location, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Leading technology transfer activities end to end for the Ankleshwar location - Overseeing site transfer and block transfer activities for Ankleshwar location - Managing the Technology Transfer and Process Engineering (TT and PE) team - Ensuring smooth technology transfer from Research and Development to the plant with minimal concerns regarding scale-up - Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of plant validation campaigns - Planning lab demonstrations and detailed studies on negative experiments, holding studies, identifying process criticalities, etc., with respect to scale-up - Freezing lab processes with respect to scale-up to prevent deviations at the plant - Managing the development of environmentally friendly processes - Conducting detailed discussions and finalizing processes for all site transfer molecules - Coordinating with the team for equipment mapping at the plant for new and site transfer molecules - Planning, coordinating, and effectively communicating for the execution of trial and validation batches at the plant - Exploring new technologies and implementing them at the plant - Managing the smooth performance of related EHS studies, including HAZOP and HAZAN studies for new/site transfer projects Qualifications Required: - 7 to 12 years of experience in technology transfer - B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description),
