Job Description

Technical Leadership:

Lead and build a talented team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Drive the formulation and execution of technology strategies for MEAN Stack projects.

Project Management:

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize project workflows and enhance efficiency.

Microservices and SAAS Development:

Implement and advocate for a microservices-based model in product development.
Realize multi-tenant architecture to enable the development of SAAS products.

Development and Coding:

Engage hands-on in coding and development using MEAN Stack, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Conduct regular code reviews to uphold code quality and foster continuous improvement.

Client Collaboration:

Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, provide technical insights, and address concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

Proven expertise in MEAN Stack development.
Strong proficiency
in
MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and SAAS product development.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure.
