Tech Team Lead (MEAN/MERN) Stack

You are an experienced Technology Lead in MEAN Stack with over 8 years of experience, seeking to join Sundew, a digital transformation pioneer specializing in digital strategy, application development, and engineering. As a dynamic and seasoned leader, you will play a crucial role in spearheading projects, steering technology decisions, and contributing significantly to the ongoing growth of the organization. Your profound understanding of product development principles and related architecture, along with expertise in the microservices-based model for developing SAAS products with multi-tenant architecture, will be instrumental in shaping the future of Sundew. Your responsibilities will include leading and building a talented team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship, driving technology strategies for MEAN Stack projects, overseeing end-to-end project delivery to ensure alignment with timelines and quality benchmarks, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, and enhancing efficiency. You will be responsible for implementing a microservices-based model in product development, realizing multi-tenant architecture for SAAS products, engaging hands-on in coding and development using MEAN Stack, conducting regular code reviews to uphold quality, fostering continuous improvement, participating in client meetings to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of high-quality solutions. To excel in this role, you must have proven expertise in MEAN Stack development, strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js, in-depth understanding of microservices architecture and SAAS product development, knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, and familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS or Azure.
