**Role Overview:** Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Customer Service Executives/Technical Support Executives to join their Inbound Voice Process (Technical Support) team. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your main tasks will involve diagnosing the problems, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling technical support plans and software to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Taking inbound calls from customers with technical issues regarding printers, routers, and antivirus software - Diagnosing the problems efficiently and providing the best possible solution to the customer - Offering and selling technical support plans along with relevant software to customers **Qualifications Required:** - Must have experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Ability to independently close calls - Good convincing and sales skills **Additional Information:** Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. offers a fixed salary on the 1st of every month, 24 leaves in a year along with comp offs and birthday leaves, very attractive incentives, and a friendly working environment. There will be no extension of shift timings. The salary ranges from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month (fixed) along with huge incentives.
