Tech Support Manager

As a Product Support Manager, your role involves leading the product support team to provide seamless support for applications, APIs, and systems. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality support delivery, resolving technical issues, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the product support specialists to deliver high-quality support services. - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and manage stakeholder expectations. - Oversee the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues across applications, APIs, and databases. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-deployment checks for applications and APIs. - Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and continuously improve support workflows. - Oversee ticket management, incident, and problem management to ensure timely resolution. - Supervise database-related issues, including performance monitoring and optimization. - Monitor customer satisfaction, seek feedback, and train the team to deliver exceptional service. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Master's Degree in Business Administration or IT Management (preferred). - Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or database management are advantageous. Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of Java applications, APIs, database management (MySQL, MongoDB), and proficiency in troubleshooting and optimization. Managerial skills such as team management, problem-solving, and effective communication are essential. Experience with DevOps practices, API security, and performance testing frameworks are preferred.,
