Tech Support and Analyst (AI Products)

You will be responsible for providing technical support and analysis for AI products at Big Rattle Technologies Private Limited. Your main duties will include tracking, documenting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues, responding to customer queries, and assisting with product-related concerns. Additionally, you will be involved in data analysis, management, and reporting tasks such as collating and maintaining datasets, writing SQL queries, creating dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy. Your role will also require you to accurately label and annotate data as per project guidelines and collaborate with internal teams to improve annotation standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Track, document, analyse, resolve, and escalate technical issues as needed - Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or support tools within stipulated SLAs - Liaison with IT/ Software development team for issue resolutions - Assist customers with product-related concerns and troubleshoot problems - Create manuals, process flow diagrams, and presentations for training and issue resolution - Collate, clean, validate, and maintain structured and unstructured datasets - Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases - Identify trends, anomalies, and insights through data analysis - Create, maintain, and automate dashboards and performance reports using BI tools - Accurately label and annotate data as per project guidelines - Maintain consistency and quality across annotation tasks - Collaborate with internal teams to improve annotation standards **Required Skills:** - Experience in customer service handling technical support issues - Understanding of customer service metrics - Hands-on experience in Python, R, or data scripting - Proficiency in Excel and SQL - Knowledge of ML/AI concepts - Familiarity with data annotation tools - Strong communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Self-motivated with good time management skills **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline - 1-2 years of experience in tech support, product support, or analytics roles Big Rattle Technologies specializes in AI/ ML Products and Solutions as well as Mobile and Web Application Development.
