Job Description (ScienceLogic)Responsibilities Mainly responsible for integrating Sciencelogic with SolarWinds, DB, Storage, Backup related OEM tools for event management and making ScienceLogic as Manager of Managers
Highly proficient in creating custom monitoring, event policy creation& suppression, event correlation in Sciencelogic
Highly proficient in creating service maps, relationship topology in Sciencelogic
Integration with ITSM tools preferably ServiceNow/ BMC Helix for CMDB, Incident and Change request
Develop custom dashboards to monitor and alert for critical business applications to catch an issue before the impact
Develop custom reports for SLA reporting in case OOB reports doesnt suffice
Knowledge on basic Python/ Low code no code scripting to create an
