Tech Sales_Inbound Process

As an Inbound Technical Support Associate at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing the problems effectively, providing suitable solutions, and recommending the best technical support plan and software to the customers. It is essential to have experience in outbound tech support for at least 6 months to 1 year, possess strong sales and convincing skills, and be familiar with blue screen errors and pop-up calls. Furthermore, troubleshooting experience with various technical issues such as computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad is required. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls addressing printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose problems accurately and recommend appropriate technical support plans - Close calls effectively and efficiently - Utilize strong convincing and sales skills - Troubleshoot technical issues related to a variety of devices and services - Meet monthly performance targets Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support - Proficiency in closing calls independently - Strong sales and convincing abilities - Knowledge of blue screen errors and pop-up calls - Experience in troubleshooting computer, printer, broadband, router, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues In addition to the above, Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. offers a fixed salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month along with lucrative incentives. The work shift is based on US timings, and the company provides various benefits such as fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month, 24 leaves per year including comp-offs and birthday leaves, daily/monthly incentives, spot incentives, and medical benefits.
