Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy and Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company

  business objectives.

• Oversee the end-to-end development, deployment, and maintenance of the loan marketplace platform.

• Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the platforms efficiency and user

  experience.

• Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of technology infrastructure.

2. Product Development Innovation:

• Lead the development of frontend and backend applications for the loan marketplace.

• Drive innovation in digital lending solutions, enhancing customer journeys and

  automation.

• Oversee API integrations with lenders, financial institutions, credit bureaus, and third-

  party service providers.

• Ensure compliance with fintech regulations and industry standards.

3. Team Management Collaboration:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team comprising developers,

  engineers, and product managers.

• Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to define product roadmaps

  and technical requirements.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the tech

  team.

4. System Architecture Infrastructure:

• Design and implement scalable, high-availability, and secure architecture for fintech

  products.

• Oversee cloud infrastructure management, data security, and disaster recovery

  planning.

• Ensure optimal performance of backend systems, databases, and microservices.

5. Data Security Compliance:

• Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks and data protection policies are in place.

• Maintain compliance with financial regulations (RBI guidelines, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).

• Implement risk mitigation strategies to protect customer and transactional data.

6. Performance Monitoring Optimization:

• Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track system performance and uptime.

• Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
