Tech Lead

You are invited to join our team at Tijus Academy Pvt. Ltd. as an Odoo Tech Lead with system administrator experience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading the technical implementation, administration, and optimization of our Odoo ERP system, which will help in streamlining academic and administrative processes at our academy located in Mavelikara. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the configuration, customization, and integration of the Odoo platform to ensure it aligns perfectly with the specific needs of our academy. You will also be in charge of managing and maintaining the system infrastructure, which includes the servers, databases, and security measures to ensure seamless operation and high availability. Your role as a technical leader will involve guiding the development team, providing hands-on support, and ensuring the efficient functioning of Odoo across all departments such as HR, Admissions, Finance, and more. Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation and customization of Odoo for academic and administrative needs, managing system administration and maintenance tasks, providing team leadership and mentoring, managing integrations with other systems, troubleshooting and supporting technical issues, ensuring security and compliance, monitoring and optimizing system performance, as well as documenting configurations and procedures for effective system operation. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Odoo ERP, system administration, Odoo development, problem-solving, team leadership, security best practices, project management, and effective communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in educational institutions, relevant certifications, and a degree in Computer Science or related field. Key performance indicators for this role will focus on system uptime, project delivery, support efficiency, user satisfaction, and system performance.
