Tibco Integration layer is the most critical application in the application landscape. The Integration Developer is a role, and he/she is responsible for ensuring high quality Design and Build deliverables.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

Represent the integration domain in end to end requirement analysis and solution design stages for each release and provide optimized solutions from integration domain to ensure optimum end to end performance and resource utilization. Work on the Development of the Designs prepared.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Minimum 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience as a SOA/Integration software engineer with proven hands on design AND development credentials with Tibco.

Expert on TIBCO products (EMS7.x / 8.x, BW 5.x/6.x, Active Spaces, APIX, Adapters /SDK)

Expert with application/internet gateways, core Java programming, JMS, Oracle SQL, caching techniques, encryption standards ,microservices ,security .

Technical competence:

Strong command over integration technology, standards & best practices

Strong command over all aspects of software engineering including solution design as well as development

High complexity solution design as well as implementations in scope for each release.

Critically review & optimize deliveries from the developers from his/her assigned project team

Can work in agile as well as waterfall SDLC

Good understanding of integration design patterns, integration design and development.

Provide last line of defence in case of production issues with serious business impacts

Can identify and plug inefficiencies in processes by automation or other means

Soft skills, interpersonal, projects and other skills:

Can drive and represent technical discussions

Can clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders

Good interpersonal skills

Can operate in a high pressure and dynamic environment

Experience with design thinking skills

Train and mentor technical skills in other/reporting team members

Exhibits ownership and take responsibility of personal actions

Be role model for the rest of the team

E2E responsibility of ensuring assigned projects are delivered in time and quality

Identify and escalate issues early

Work with customer, vendors and other stakeholders with a win win approach for the success of the project

Qualifications -

B.E/M.E./M Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication/Computer/IT

Location - Chennai/ Hyd/Pune/Bangalore - Hybrid, India
