Dot Net Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead who can drive end-to-end development, lead high-performing teams, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. If you are passionate about technology, architecture, and problem-solving this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery.
• Architect, design, and develop enterprise-level applications using .NET Core / .NET Framework.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code, ensure best practices, and enforce clean coding standards.
• Manage application performance, scalability, and security.
• Drive integration with third-party APIs, cloud services, and microservices-based environments.
• Own the entire SDLC — from planning and development to deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and release management.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core development.
• Strong expertise in C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.
• Experience working with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Experience with Azure / AWS cloud services (preferred).
• Strong exposure to JavaScript, jQuery, Angular/React (added advantage).
• Understanding of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git.
• Solid experience in leading teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployments.
• Certifications in .NET, Azure, or cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and distributed systems.
