Preferred candidate profile

10+ years of experience in at least one mission critical programming language and full-cycle development (new systems or enhancements, integration and implementation)
Experience with one or more of the following: SQL, C++, .NET languages, COM, Scripting (VB Script, JavaScript etc.), HTML, Perl / CGI, XML, ASP, Tableau, Salesforce Apex etc.
Must exhibit strong basic executional capabilities and have the ability to begin to take on more responsibility
Primary focus is on execution within defined parameters, with some expansion based on developing capabilities and or experiences. In partnership with more experienced staff
Strong analytical/organizational skills required

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Application design and architecture - Strong web application development skills in Microsoft and other low code technologies
Front-end and back-end development with secure coding practices. Expert level SQL developer who can mentor other developers as needed. Technical leadership - Solution oriented with strong leadership skills who can adapt and deliver business results
