Tech Lead

• Demand Planning Solution Design: Configure and implement SAP IBP for demand planning to meet business requirements. Design and optimize demand planning processes, including forecasting, statistical modeling, and trend analysis. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document demand planning requirements.
• Demand Forecasting and Modeling: Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to support business needs. Work with the business to improve forecast accuracy through integration with historical data, market trends, and business intelligence. Ensure alignment between forecasted demand and inventory management.
• System Configuration & Implementation: Lead the end to end implementation of SAP IBP Demand Planning solutions, including system configuration, testing, and go live. Integrate SAP IBP with other modules like SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, or third party applications. Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other supply chain functions, including inventory management, sales, procurement, and production planning. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure users are comfortable with the system and its functionality. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and performance metrics.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor demand planning processes and system performance, identifying areas for improvement. Suggest enhancements and optimizations for the SAP IBP Demand Planning module to improve planning accuracy and efficiency. Stay up to date with SAP IBP updates and best practices to incorporate the latest features into demand planning processes.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP IBP Demand Planning users. Analyze and resolve issues related to demand planning, forecasting, and data integrity. Collaborate with technical teams to address system issues or enhancements as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Batchelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Computers or related fields. 3 5 years of experience working with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning), specifically in the Demand Planning module(+5 8 years of EXP in SAP APO). Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes. Experience with SAP IBP configurations and implementations, including knowledge of planning functions, statistical models, and planning views. Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and identifying trends and patterns. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with cross functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications: SAP IBP certification. Experience with other SAP modules like SAP APO, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP ECC. Knowledge of advanced forecasting techniques and analytics tools.
