The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects related to warehouse management systems, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of Softeon WMS functionalities. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects related to Softeon WMS implementation and administration. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide training and support to team members and end users on Softeon WMS functionalities. Maintain documentation related to project plans, changes, and outcomes. Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in Softeon WMS Administration. Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Familiarity with other warehouse management systems. Knowledge of supply chain management principles. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on warehouse management systems. Demonstrated success in managing large scale projects from inception to completion.
