Tech Lead / Senior Developer Automation

Role Overview: As a Senior Developer at Greystar-India, you will play a crucial role in developing and coding automation solutions to support the strategic theme of building, scaling, and automating by 2025. You will collaborate with various teams, including business operations, infrastructure, architects, and QA, to understand requirements, develop solutions, test them, deploy in production environments, and provide end-user training. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining documentation, staying updated on automation and AI trends, and sharing knowledge with the team. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Greystar-India business operations team to validate requirements. - Develop automation solutions based on documented requirements. - Test solutions in UAT environment with business stakeholders. - Collaborate with different teams to set up infrastructure and deploy automation solutions in production. - Provide end-user training on final automation solutions. - Deploy automation solutions code on UAT and production environments using AzureDevOps pipelines. - Develop and maintain documentation related to automation solutions. - Work closely with vendors/partners to receive handover of delivered solutions. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Automation & AI and share knowledge with the team.
