Tech Lead - MERN Stack

We are looking for a highly experienced MERN Stack Lead with over 10 years of experience in software development, focusing on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. As a MERN Lead, your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end development of scalable web applications, architecting reusable code, ensuring best practices in code quality and system integration, and staying updated with the latest trends in JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust system integrations, developing RESTful APIs and WebSockets for real-time data exchange, and troubleshooting integration issues. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of developers, facilitate team collaboration through daily stand-ups and sprint planning, and work closely with HR to hire and retain top engineering talent. Key Requirements: - Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux, Hooks, Context API, Next.js. - Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and Microservices Architecture. - Understanding of NoSQL and relational databases. - Knowledge of Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Automation. - Familiarity with authentication mechanisms, cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code. - Exposure to Agile, Scrum methodologies, and project management tools. Soft Skills & Leadership Abilities: - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on coding. - Passion for best coding practices, design patterns, and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. - Certifications in Cloud, Agile, or DevOps. - Previous experience working with international clients.
