About The Role DocuSign Configuration Consultant - Chennai Overview We are seeking a skilled DocuSign Configuration Consultant to join our team and optimize our document workflow processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DocuSign's capabilities and be able to effectively configure the platform to automate and streamline our document management tasks. Responsibilities Workflow DesignDevelop and implement customized DocuSign workflows that align with our business processes and requirements. ConfigurationConfigure DocuSign settings, templates, and envelopes to automate document routing, signing, and data extraction. IntegrationIntegrate DocuSign with our existing systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to create a seamless document workflow experience. TrainingProvide training and support to our team on DocuSign usage and best practices. TroubleshootingDiagnose and resolve issues related to DocuSign configuration and implementation. Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to optimize DocuSign workflows and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Qualifications DocuSign ExpertiseProven experience with DocuSign configuration, including a deep understanding of workflows, templates, envelopes, and integrations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using DocuSign's API and integration tools. Problem-SolvingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. CommunicationExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. AdaptabilityAbility to adapt to changing business requirements and learn new technologies. Preferred Qualifications CertificationsDocuSign certifications (e.g., DocuSign Certified Administrator, DocuSign Certified Developer). Industry ExperienceExperience in our industry or a related field.
