About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Lead who's passionate about building well-structured, type-safe applications and solving real-world healthcare challenges. You'll work across our SaaS product, helping develop everything from the doctor dashboard and patient portal to backend systems that manage prescriptions, pharmacy coordination, and clinical logic.

Our Stack

Frontend: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI

Backend: tRPC, Node.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL

Tooling: Turborepo (monorepo), modern CI/CD, Vercel

What You'll Do

Build and maintain features across our Next.js web apps used by patients, providers, and partners

Develop type-safe APIs with tRPC to manage core business logic, workflows, and provider operations

Design responsive, accessible UI components using Tailwind CSS and Radix UI

Contribute to our monorepo architecture and modular codebase using Turborepo

Optimize performance for data-heavy tables, charts, and real-time updates

Collaborate with product and design to ship features quickly, while keeping quality and security in mind

Participate in code reviews, write tests, and contribute to technical documentation

What We're Looking For

9+ years of experience into IT, working in a modern TypeScript environment

Strong Experience of NodeJS, ReactJS, and API architecture

Experience with PostgreSQL and Prisma, or similar ORMs/databases

Familiarity with tRPC, or enthusiasm for strongly typed API patterns

Bonus: Background in healthcare or experience building regulated platforms
