Tech Lead-Dotnet FS

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coding complex scenarios and ensuring that the deliverables meet defined standards, including clean coding practices and adherence to Green IT principles. Additionally, you will lead the team to ensure successful project execution, interact with stakeholders, and manage stakeholder relationships. It will be your responsibility to groom, guide, and mentor the team, as well as develop reusable and reliable code, identify bottlenecks, bugs, and provide solutions. You will also work with Architects to validate designs and develop complex user interfaces for web applications. Moreover, you will need to ensure compliance with organization-level guidelines, maintain code integrity, and demonstrate team spirit, collaboration, and communication. Key Responsibilities: - Code complex scenarios with clean coding practices and adherence to Green IT principles - Lead the team for successful project execution - Interact with stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships - Groom, guide, and mentor the team - Develop reusable and reliable code, identify bottlenecks, bugs, and provide solutions - Work with Architects to validate designs - Develop complex user interfaces for web applications - Ensure compliance with organization-level guidelines and maintain code integrity - Demonstrate team spirit, collaboration, and communication Qualifications Required: - 8-14 years of experience in full-stack development with Angular 10+ and .NET Core - Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process orientation - Strong fundamentals in Core Programming and Object-Oriented Design - Strong .Net WebApi fundamentals - Experience in Angular 10+ with TypeScript, ASP.NET Core API, C#, SQL Server/Oracle - Knowledge in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD - Experience in HTML, CSS & Responsive design, Agile process - Expertise in technical problem-solving and debugging skills - Experience in writing unit tests for backend and frontend applications Additional Company Details: At Socit Gnrale, you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in creating a positive impact on the future.
