As a Tech Lead - CRM, you will be part of CDI Engineering Organization - CRM team and will be a key player within Post Purchase domain that helps discover and define the problem statement for our Contact Center and Field service operations and deliver on product backlog. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement scalable CRM solutions in a global landscape. You will work in a scaled agile products teams set-up and responsible to support our Product Managers with backlog refinement and prioritization. The Tech Lead will work hands-on with engineers/developers while also playing a leadership role in sprint planning, technical design, and stakeholder alignment. You will drive high-quality engineering practices, mentor developers, and contribute to architectural decisions that align CDI CRM strategy. You will work, on daily basis, with colleagues remotely that are based in other countries. Occasional travels are anticipated. What you'll do: As Tech Lead - CRM, you who has solid hands-on implementation and consulting experience of CRM solutions will be responsible for optimizing and integrate business processes in Contact Center and Field service operations. You will be focused on designing and building scalable solutions using your expertise in CRM, SAP Sales & Service Cloud integrated using Cloud native microservices based design. Your main tasks include: Own and drive the technical execution of the CRM product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Lead and facilitate Sprint Planning, technical estimations, backlog grooming, and architectural discussions. Define and review technical designs and artifacts, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and enterprise architecture standards. Partner with Product Owners, scrum masters & Delivery leads to prioritize work that delivers the most business value and aligns with release plans. Lead the rollout of solutions into new markets, working closely with deployment and regional teams to ensure successful adoption. Responsible for designing low-level technical solutions that are stable, scalable & deliver high performance from UX & CX perspective. You will deliver high quality code, configurations and documents deliverable during all phases of software development flow. You will work in a Scaled Agile framework & will be responsible for delivering on Business requirements in your Products team. Understand industry best practice and engage with platform providers and vendors to align capabilities and influence standard product roadmaps. Coach, mentor, and support other developers in the team through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Who are you: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in CRM-related projects or teams. 8+ years of experience as a functional lead in CRM solutions based on Service and Sales processes in large transformation projects. Hands-on implementation experience of integrating CRM (SAP Service Cloud, Salesforce, or similar) solutions with other backend applications like ERP and non-SAP applications. Have an in-depth understanding of REST, SOAP API Web services & standard OData API s. Experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud (V1/V2) is preferred. You have a high affinity for modern IT technologies, particularly sound expertise with .NET, Java, front-end, and back-end development skills. Experience building CI/CD pipelines and test automation of CRM modules. You have very good communication, analytical and conceptual skills paired with a pronounced ability to structure to simplify complex relationships. Experience working alongside Cloud platforms like Azure, Power Platform, MongoDB.
