Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead - BPM with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement business process management solutions using various tools and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for BPM systems and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BPM systems.
Provide training and support to end-users on BPM systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for BPM.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of business process management principles and practices.
Experience with BPM tools and technologies such as IBM Rhapsody, Oracle Process Manufacturing, or similar products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
