Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead at a high-growth HealthTech company building India's first education-led digital pharmacy platform located in Mumbai Western Suburbs, your role involves: Role Overview: - Taking full ownership of the website, mobile app, backend systems, and tech roadmap - Architecting scalable systems using MERN/MEAN, Flutter/React Native, and cloud infrastructure - Building and deploying AI-driven automation workflows such as chatbots, voice analytics, and internal automation - Driving tech and business alignment for growth, efficiency, and customer experience - Managing external development partners and gradually building an internal tech team - Ensuring data security, performance, uptime, and compliance for healthcare systems Key Responsibilities: - 5-8 years of hands-on development experience - 2+ years in a Tech Lead/Architect role - Strong knowledge of MERN/MEAN and mobile frameworks like Flutter/React Native - Experience in integrating third-party tools, CRMs, logistics/API systems - Exposure to AI tools, automation, and data-driven decision systems - Ability to manage vendors and collaborate with founders/business teams Qualifications Required: - HealthTech or e-commerce experience is a plus - Familiarity with Zoho suite - Knowledge of AI personalization and automation If you are passionate about technology, healthcare, and making an impact, this role offers you the opportunity to lead the tech vision that will shape an AI-first, next-gen patient-centric pharmacy platform serving millions.
