As the Program Manager for Tech Enablement and Innovation, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's technological capabilities and driving innovation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute comprehensive, technology-driven learning programs that integrate emerging technologies into tech enablement interventions. Your role will ensure alignment of all programs with the organization's strategic priorities, driving measurable outcomes in support of long-term business goals. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a deep passion for learning and development, combined with a strategic mindset. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously are key requirements. Your key responsibilities will include partnering closely with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and orchestrate learning enablement interventions, designing and developing compelling learning journeys, leading end-to-end execution of learning and innovation programs, fostering global synergy, overseeing budget planning and management, leveraging Learning Management Systems for effective program delivery, building strong relationships with external vendors, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and driving effective change management strategies. To qualify for this role, you should have 9-12 years of progressive experience in technology-driven learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and managing impactful programs aligned with strategic business objectives. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with certifications in Learning and Development, Program Management, or relevant technology certifications. Hands-on experience as a software engineer, familiarity with Learning Management Systems, proficiency in project/program management, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth are also essential qualifications for this position.
