In this role, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead and mentor junior professionals.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.- Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing SAP Successfactors integrations.- Knowledge of SAP Successfactors modules and their integration points.- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP CPI tools.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
